Tee (Tyra)'s Story
Hi thought I would let you know I am still hanging in there. I have only missed our 5th & 45th reunions so I think you pretty well know who I am. I have been widowed twice, divorced once and have one awesome daughter. After Linden I went to OSU and USC. I spent many years as an Account Manager but retired to have my daughter, Heather. m busy. I will never retire because two months prior to me getting on Medicare, I went down with 2 strokes, Bells Palsy and fractured both of my hips. (that is why I missed the 45th) So I have medical debt that will keep me working forever. Its rough but I have fun and that's what its all about. If you want to check out my company just google it. The pictures of me there are all pre stroke so I look a whole lot older now. Back then we were doing Civil War shows and had to keep my hair long for the period costumes but COPD stopped all of that. So there went the long blonde hair and after all the meds, on came the weight. Now I am a gray haired highly overweight (don't ever take Predisone) senior citizen that don't remotely act my age. After a wreck sidelined me from driving my Harley Choppers, my spare time is taken up dancing, when able, and listening to DooWop. Never get tired of the music.
